Reducing isolation for families with disabilites

 Revesby Rainbow Club helps reduce feelings of isolation for families of children with disabilities, and provides a supportive and caring network. It is a place for the children to meet friends, improve self esteem, and develop general wellbeing and a sense of belonging.

Each Saturday and Thursday evening a special group of families and children gather at the pool for an individual program focusing on the abilities of each child under the instruction of specially trained staff.The progress is carefully monitored and the children are extended each week.  

The growing interest in the club and continued strong attendance highlight the continued importance and success of this program.
